Responsibilities

  • Set and implement the Conduct and Discipline Service work programme
  • Lead prevention and response to personnel misconduct, exploitation, abuse and harassment
  • Strengthen accountability systems for civilian, military and mission personnel
  • Oversee policy advice, intergovernmental reports, budgets and programme performance
  • Manage team leaders, staff resources and coordination across UN entities

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related area, or first degree with two additional years of experience
  • At least fifteen years of progressively responsible conduct, discipline, investigations, law or accountability experience
  • At least five years of international senior leadership managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience overseeing misconduct, disciplinary or accountability frameworks
  • Fluency in English
