Senior Compliance Associate

Strengthens IOM Ukraine’s compliance, risk management and accountability systems through monitoring, operational reviews and follow-up of corrective actions. The role analyses risks and performance trends, maintains knowledge tools and supports staff capacity-building on governance and internal controls.

• Conduct compliance monitoring against policies, procedures and donor requirements
• Analyse risk registers and support periodic risk assessments
• Review workflows, SOPs and internal-control mechanisms
• Track corrective actions and management responses across units
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards and management briefings
• Maintain knowledge repositories, trackers and guidance materials
• Deliver awareness and training activities on compliance and risk management

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with four years of professional experience, or High School diploma with six years of relevant professional experience
• Experience supporting compliance, risk management, accountability or quality-assurance functions
• Experience tracking compliance matters across programme and support units
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
