Job Description
Supports the integration of Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection in Ireland by assessing vulnerabilities, providing individual case assistance and connecting people to appropriate services. The role contributes to project delivery through information management, referrals, reporting and coordination with public authorities, partners and implementing organisations.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor activities supporting the integration of Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide individual case support for beneficiaries requiring intensive interventions
- Disseminate accurate information, arrange referrals and provide translation and interpretation support
- Compile and analyse project data, preparing reports, briefing notes, graphics and statistical tables
- Coordinate administrative actions and implementation activities with authorities, partners and relevant organisations
- Monitor implementing partners and report non-compliance to the supervisor
- Organise meetings, workshops and training sessions and provide guidance to junior staff
Role Requirements
- School diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking or other vulnerable groups
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian
- Valid residence and work permit for Ireland

- Experience with international humanitarian organisations, non-governmental or government institutions in a multicultural setting

Additional Information
- Appointment is subject to funding confirmation, medical fitness, accreditation, residency or visa requirements and security clearance
- Selection may be used to fill similar positions for 24 months
- Contract may be shorter to align with the expiry of the successful candidate’s Irish work permit
