Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead GDHCN trust-architecture governance and operating models
- Oversee interoperability infrastructure and international standards
- Develop sustainability and business-model strategies
- Build partnerships with health authorities and technology providers
- Monitor infrastructure performance and continuous improvement
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in health informatics, computer science, public health or a related field
- At least ten years of digital-health or digital-public-infrastructure experience
- Expert knowledge of English
Desired Criteria
- PhD in a relevant field
- Certification in HL7 FHIR, IHE, PKI, cybersecurity or enterprise architecture
- PMP or PRINCE2 project-management training
- Experience with trust frameworks, digital verification systems or open-source digital-health tools
- Intermediate knowledge of French
