Job Description
Provides executive and business support to WFP Egypt’s Country Director and Deputy Country Director in Cairo. The role manages calendars, travel, high-level meetings and confidential correspondence, prepares briefings and reports, monitors budgets and records, and coordinates staff and stakeholder services so the front office operates efficiently, accurately and with discretion.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistant support to senior management
- Manage calendars, travel plans, mission itineraries and action follow-up
- Prepare reports, correspondence, briefing notes and meeting materials
- Organise high-level meetings, events, protocol and records of discussion
- Maintain records, databases and correspondence archives
- Monitor and reconcile budgets and support business-process improvements
- Coordinate and train junior support staff
- Manage communication with internal units, government and external partners
Role Requirements
- At least six years of progressively responsible business-support and general-administration experience
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
