Job Description
Supports WHO Burkina Faso’s emergency preparedness and response operations through logistics, stock and supply-chain management. The role coordinates procurement requests, receiving and distribution of health commodities, customs procedures and warehouse controls, while monitoring emergency stocks and producing reports that support timely field operations and epidemic response.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics operations for health and security emergencies
- Maintain emergency stocks and support rapid deployment of strategic supplies
- Manage receipt, verification and distribution of goods and consumables
- Maintain warehouse records and monitor stock movements
- Process customs exemptions, import authorisations and cargo clearance
- Prepare periodic reports on stocks, shipments and logistics constraints
Role Requirements
- Baccalaureate plus three years or a technical diploma in logistics or management
- At least eight years of practical relevant experience in logistics or stock management
- Excellent knowledge of French
- Working knowledge of English
Desired Criteria
- Experience working with multiple partners, UN agencies or NGOs
- Experience in emergency operations
