Job Description
Builds the information systems that help UNICEF Mexico monitor education and migration interventions during emergencies. The volunteer consolidates partner data, produces dashboards and donor evidence, supports the Education in Emergencies coordination table and safeguards institutional information.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative reporting mechanisms with implementing partners
- Build databases, dashboards, reports and visual products for education and migration interventions
- Consolidate and analyse programme data for donor reporting and decision-making
- Maintain the 5W and Kobo information tools for education emergency response
- Produce emergency analysis and data visualisations for coordination and advocacy
- Manage education documentation and institutional information in SharePoint
- Update internal education dashboards with national system statistics
- Apply UNICEF confidentiality and data-protection standards
Role Requirements
- Relevant academic background in social sciences, statistics, information systems, information technology or a related field
- At least three years of experience across information or database management, data visualisation and dashboard or indicator development
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft Excel, Kobo and Power BI
- Stable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace in Mexico
- Availability for official travel and emergency deployments within Mexico
- Spanish
- English
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting development projects, particularly education or humanitarian response
- Experience supporting emergency programmes
- Experience in the United Nations system or international NGOs
