Job Description
Provides administrative and operational support to UN Women’s Peace, Security and Resilience Section. The role coordinates office services, procurement, travel, staffing administration, calendars and knowledge-sharing activities, working with operations, programme and project teams to maintain accurate, timely and compliant service delivery across the section’s daily work.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare administrative-team work plans and monitor leave compliance
- Coordinate travel, conferences, workshops and retreats
- Manage procurement processes including quotations, bids, proposals and tender evaluation
- Maintain the Chief of Peace and Security calendar and team meeting schedules
- Create vacancy announcements, organise interview panels and maintain staffing reports
- Support personnel administration, benefits, visas, contracts and leave monitoring
- Organise training on administrative policies and compile lessons learned
- Provide administrative advice and other support required for office operations
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in administration, procurement, human resources or logistics support
- Experience using computers and office software packages including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience using a modern web-based ERP system, preferably Oracle Cloud
- Knowledge of another official UN language
