Job Description
Supports UN Women and Brazil’s National Secretariat for Care Policy and Family with remote operational and travel logistics for the Mulheres Mil + Cuidados training programme. The consultant will process travel, procurement and documentation, coordinate suppliers and events, monitor costs and prepare administrative and financial reports for nationwide delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Process travel plans and requests in UN Women’s UNALL system
- Book and issue air tickets through Argo in line with approved itineraries
- Calculate per-diem and travel costs and process advances and reimbursements
- Monitor ticket changes, cancellations and travel-status issues
- Maintain complete travel records, supporting documents and administrative files
- Support travel and event procurement and coordinate travel, transport and accommodation suppliers
- Update travel-control systems and monitor operational and budget indicators
- Prepare administrative and financial travel and logistics reports
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Humanities, Applied Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, Law, Pedagogy, Psychology, Public Policy or a related field
- At least two years of proven experience in corporate travel management, including travel organisation, per-diem calculation, logistics planning, itineraries and field-execution follow-up
- At least two years of proven operational and financial monitoring experience including report preparation
- Fluent Portuguese and intermediate English
Desired Criteria
- Experience coordinating with public bodies, education institutions or civil-society organizations
- Experience organising decentralised in-person activities and events
- Experience using Argo and UNALL for travel processing
- Experience with social projects, public policies, women’s programmes, education, social inclusion or vocational training
- Experience working with women facing multiple forms of discrimination
