Use AIIB’s Job Opportunities page to filter current roles by function, title or keyword. Read the full advertisement for its reference number, department, minimum experience, location and closing date. If no live job fits, AIIB’s Future Opportunities route lets candidates register interest for roles that may later open.
2Open Apply Now and create a profile
Choose **Apply Now** from the exact vacancy and create a new profile in the AIIB Career E-Recruitment Platform, or log back in as a returning candidate. Complete the candidate-profile information on personal details, qualifications, skills and any additional fields; an incomplete profile is not considered.
3Tailor the submitted résumé to the role
Upload a résumé that addresses the vacancy’s technical experience, education and sector or functional requirements. AIIB says selection considers technical competence, relevant experience and educational background. Make your examples specific to investment, infrastructure, risk, policy or the other discipline named in the announcement.
4Submit before the Beijing-time cutoff
Finish the online submission before 11:59 p.m. GMT+8 on the listed closing date. AIIB removes vacancies after expiry and does not accept late or emailed applications. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt; retain it and use the platform to check the application’s status.
5Prepare for AIIB’s selection tools
If selected after the hiring team’s review, expect a competency-based panel interview and potentially an online assessment, psychometric test or written exercise. AIIB says it gives invited candidates details of the relevant assessment. The end-to-end process generally takes about two to three months.

AIIB does not accept paper applications or résumés sent by email as a substitute.
Does AIIB require a member-country nationality?+
No. AIIB states that it uses global recruitment and welcomes qualified candidates worldwide, without nationality quotas or regional/nonregional percentage limits. Technical competence, relevant experience, education and the specific vacancy requirements control selection. Read the notice carefully because location, language and experience needs can still be decisive.
What is AIIB’s application deadline?+
All listed opportunities close at 11:59 p.m. GMT+8 on the advertised date. AIIB removes roles once that deadline has passed and cannot accept late applications. What happens after I submit an AIIB application?+
AIIB emails a confirmation after receiving your application and résumé.
