WBG Manager, Operational RiskNew

The operational-risk manager will lead a group-wide programme that identifies, assesses and mitigates material risks across the World Bank Group. Working with business units, risk partners and senior governance bodies, the role will strengthen controls, scenario planning and reporting, helping the institution prevent, respond to and learn from significant operational-risk events.

• Lead the annual operational-risk work programme across World Bank Group business units
• Oversee risk assessments, scenario analysis, controls and quarterly risk reporting
• Coordinate risk partners and governance forums on material operational risks
• Drive escalation, remediation and lessons learned from significant risk events

• Advanced degree in business administration, technology, finance or a related field
• At least twelve years of operational-risk, integrated-risk or related experience
• Fluency in English
