Associate Senior Product Owner - Operations Procurement

Leads the product vision, roadmap and delivery for a financing product line supporting World Bank operations procurement. The product owner aligns business and technology stakeholders, steers backlog priorities and product performance, and advances modern, user-centred digital services across complex operational environments.

• Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements and features
• Create and prioritize product vision, roadmaps, backlogs and user stories
• Lead cross-functional product execution and release planning
• Monitor product performance, risks and user feedback
• Guide user acceptance testing and change-management activities
• Develop measurable product KPIs and communicate product direction

• Master's degree in computer science or STEM with 8 years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 10 years
• Complex product-ownership and product-lifecycle experience
• Stakeholder engagement, roadmap and requirement-analysis expertise
• Agile or SAFe delivery experience

• World Bank financing operations knowledge
• Operational modernization and digital-transformation knowledge
• SAFe Product Manager or Product Owner certification
• Design Thinking or AI certification
