Associate Product Manager

Shapes product strategy for World Bank financing-domain technology, connecting business needs and user research with scalable digital solutions. The role guides roadmaps, governance, agile delivery, stakeholder engagement and investment decisions to improve operational efficiency and product performance.

• Elicit business requirements, user needs and product opportunities across the financing domain
• Direct user research and use feedback and analytics to refine product requirements
• Define product strategy, roadmap and governance structures
• Balance product value, operational risk, technical feasibility and user experience
• Lead Agile Release Train collaboration and continuous product delivery
• Manage stakeholder communication, vendor relationships and product performance metrics

• Master's degree in computer science or STEM with eight years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with ten years
• Expertise in product management for a complex product portfolio
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, product performance management and requirements analysis
• Experience with emerging technologies, systems thinking, change management and innovation methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
