Vocational Training Instructor – Clothing Technology

The Vocational Training Instructor delivers UNRWA TVET learning in clothing technology across Syria. The role develops curricula and learning materials, prepares inclusive classroom and workplace training, assesses practical and knowledge-based skills, links with employers, applies quality-assurance processes and integrates occupational safety, green and digital skills into vocational education.

• Develop learning programmes, curricula, guides and manuals for clothing technology
• Deliver inclusive school-based and work-based learning in classrooms, workshops and workplaces
• Prepare and conduct formative and summative knowledge and practical skills assessments
• Use labour-market information and employer feedback to address skills needs
• Apply TVET quality assurance and integrate green, digital and occupational-safety skills

• Full secondary education plus two years post-secondary technical education or training in Feminist arts or a related field
• English and Arabic are required
• Residence in Syria within commuting distance and authorisation to work at the duty station
