Vocational Education Assistant – TVET

Support UNRWA technical and vocational education and training activities in the Damascus area. The vocational education assistant will coordinate project intervention cycles, conduct market surveys, connect with employers, register trainees, monitor short courses, maintain employment data and reports, and strengthen links between vocational training, work-based learning and placement services.

• Coordinate vocational education intervention cycles
• Conduct market surveys and identify needed specializations
• Establish employer networks and identify vacancies
• Register applicants and communicate available vacancies
• Maintain training and employment databases

• Relevant vocational education experience
• Ability to support trainees and employment placement
• Fluency in English
