Communications and Media Support Assistant for WAAW 2026

Supports WHO Mongolia's World AMR Awareness Week 2026 campaign by planning and producing its media and visibility package. The volunteer will coordinate video and media features, create adaptable visual content, and prepare dissemination-ready assets that translate AMR messages for health workers, communities, partners and public-facing channels across Mongolia.

• Develop a production plan, content calendar and timeline for the WAAW 2026 communications and media package
• Plan and coordinate a Stewards for the Future interview video, including filming briefs, questions, editing and social-media adaptations
• Develop a high-level WAAW media feature with WHO and national or partner representatives
• Design campaign visuals, e-banners, backdrops, pledge materials and audience-specific key-message cards
• Adapt approved products for WHO, Ministry of Health, partner channels, websites, screens and media publication
• Coordinate media vendors and provide communications support for the WAAW 2026/NAP launch
• Finalize reviewed products and hand over editable files, photographs and raw footage

• Degree or equivalent training in communications, journalism, media, multimedia production, graphic design, public relations, marketing, digital media or audio-visual production
• Demonstrated experience in communications, journalism, multimedia production, videography, photography, graphic design or digital media
• Strong written and spoken Mongolian and working knowledge of English

• Experience in public health, development, UN/NGO communications, behaviour-change communication or One Health-related work
• Experience conducting interviews, filming or photography in community or rural settings and willingness to undertake approved domestic travel
• Understanding of confidentiality, informed consent and ethical handling of interview, photography and human-interest story materials
