Support Regional Data Analysis

Supports WHO's Eastern Mediterranean antimicrobial-resistance programme by improving the analysis and usability of country reports submitted through TrACSS. Ten online volunteers will extract, clean and compare regional health data, prepare tables and visualisations, build a dashboard, summarise trends and document a reusable workflow that strengthens future analysis and capacity building.

• Extract country-submitted data from PDF files in the TrACSS platform
• Clean and structure datasets for selected antimicrobial-resistance indicators
• Generate analytical tables and data visualisations
• Compare selected variables with data from previous years
• Build a dashboard and summarise key findings in a concise report
• Document the analysis workflow for future use and capacity building

• Experience in public health, microbiology, epidemiology, nursing, veterinary science, engineering, medicine, allied sciences or data science
• Proficiency in data cleaning, data visualisation and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with at least one statistical package and its application to health data
• English proficiency
