Supply Chain Intern

Supports work for IOM’s Manila Supply Chain Unit while developing practical procurement and logistics experience. The intern assists missions and offices with regular and emergency requests, prepares solicitations in Oracle ERP, maintains logistics and contract records, supports invoice-payment processing, and contributes to global long-term agreement and contract-management activities.

• Support missions and offices with regular and emergency procurement requests
• Prepare and issue solicitations in Oracle ERP under procurement procedures
• Coordinate assigned logistics for goods and services and maintain internal databases
• Track contractual agreements and inform users of rights and obligations
• Support invoice-payment requests through the Invoice Submission Tool
• Support establishment of global Long-Term Agreements and monitor contractual adherence

• Recently graduated within one year in procurement, management, business or public administration, or a relevant discipline
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Candidates should have less than two years of relevant work experience
• Internship applicants must be between 20 and 36 years old
