Sr. HR Associate (Learning Solutions)New

IOM seeks a Senior HR Associate (Learning Solutions) in Manila to support digital learning content and systems for the Staff Development and Learning team. The role administers learning platforms, analyses LMS data and dashboards, coordinates content reviews and requests, maintains user guidance and records, and supports learning initiatives, procurement and service-provider coordination.

• Develop, adapt and maintain e-learning modules, blended programmes and multimedia learning content
• Coordinate learning-content review processes, feedback consolidation and revision tracking
• Administer learning platforms through course uploads, testing, catalogue management and report extraction
• Collect, validate and analyse learning-system data for reports, dashboards and continuous improvement
• Provide first-level guidance on learning policies, procedures and available offerings
• Track licences, procurement actions and documentation for learning activities and services

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Education, Learning and Development, Information and Communications Technology or a related field with four years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with six years
• Experience supporting learning and development activities
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional-development models
• Knowledge of learning-management systems
• Experience supporting project coordination, monitoring and reporting

• Knowledge of Moodle, Cornerstone OnDemand or Oracle Learn Cloud
• Knowledge of Articulate authoring tools, video-creation tools and accessibility standards
