Job Description
IOM Philippines seeks a Human Resources Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration and employee services. The role manages HR-system data and records, monitors contractual actions and leave, supports compliance and performance processes, prepares personnel documentation and reports, coordinates learning activities, and helps improve procedures and resolve cases.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes including vacancy notices, screening, interviews, reference checks and job offers
- Coordinate entry-on-duty documentation, medical clearance, insurance enrolment and induction
- Maintain HR-system data and monitor contractual actions, entitlements and benefits
- Administer leave records and respond to leave-administration enquiries
- Prepare documentation for separation, classification, promotion and disciplinary cases
- Maintain personnel and recruitment files and HR archives
- Monitor performance-evaluation compliance and guide staff using the system
- Organise staff-development and training activities
- Provide information on staff entitlements and responsibilities
- Identify process improvements and support sensitive-case analysis
Role Requirements
- High school diploma with five years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of human-resources policies, procedures and practices
- Ability to apply organizational rules and regulations to HR processes and transactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Previous experience using SAP
- Experience using HR information systems, ERP systems or workforce management tools
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting and dashboard preparation
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of process-improvement methodologies and digital tools
- Familiarity with document-management systems and electronic records management
