Learning Solutions Coordinator

MSF seeks a Learning Solutions Coordinator in Amsterdam to lead learning strategy and capability. The coordinator will manage learning professionals, identify capability gaps with stakeholders, oversee learning programmes and platforms, monitor outcomes, manage budgets and providers, share practice across MSF, and drive new learning approaches that support its mission and strategic priorities.

• Lead and develop the Learning Solutions team
• Implement learning strategy and annual plans
• Identify learning needs and capability gaps with stakeholders
• Oversee learning-programme design, delivery and improvement
• Manage learning platforms, tools, budgets and external providers
• Monitor learning outcomes and share recommendations
• Drive new learning approaches and practice across MSF

• Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, learning and development, organisational development, education or a related field
• At least ten years of learning and development experience including team and project management
• Full professional proficiency in English
