Digital Education and AI-Enabled Teaching and Learning Companion Programme Support

UNICEF Ghana seeks a consultant to provide technical assistance for the Digital Education and AI Teacher Companion programme. The assignment coordinates programme management, AI teaching deployment, teacher development, monitoring and research, and government engagement. It supports multi-partner implementation, AI, quality assurance and scale-up planning for digital education in Ghana.

• Coordinate programme management and technical oversight across five workstreams
• Support AI Teacher Companion technical coordination and deployment
• Coordinate teacher professional development
• Coordinate programme monitoring, learning and research
• Support system strengthening, government engagement, communications and scale-up planning

• Advanced degree in education, digital education, educational technology, artificial intelligence in education, instructional design, teacher education, data science, monitoring and evaluation, development studies, public policy or related field
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in digital education, education technology, teacher development, AI-enabled learning or education systems strengthening
• Fluency in English
