Senior Programme Support AssociateNew

IOM Jordan seeks a Senior Programme Support Associate to support programme implementation across projects and programmes in OPT. Reporting to the Programme Support Unit Officer, the post supports proposal development, project-system inputs, service-delivery tracking, budget monitoring, data management, reporting, communications and cross-cutting gender, child, environmental and accountability considerations.

• Support research and drafting of project proposals and donor meetings
• Enter timely information in PRIMA for project development
• Maintain tools tracking service delivery and programme gaps
• Support budget monitoring, data processing and project reporting
• Draft communications and advocacy products and review cross-cutting considerations

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, political or social sciences, business or public administration, law or a related field with four years of relevant experience; high school diploma with six years of relevant experience
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, accountability or programme support
• Fluency in English, oral and written

• Experience supporting third-party monitoring activities
• Prior experience with UN agencies, INGOs or NGOs
