Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and implement organisational data-governance frameworks and policies
- Establish governance roles, committees and accountability structures
- Develop data-classification and sensitivity-labelling standards
- Support privacy-impact assessments and data-breach protocols
- Define and monitor data-quality metrics and validation checks
- Oversee data asset inventory, documentation and cataloguing
- Configure governance settings and workflows in Microsoft platforms
Role Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies or standards
- Experience working in complex data environments or regulated sectors
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English
