Full Stack Developer

Develops end-to-end data products for IFRC’s digital transformation work, from clarifying business requirements and modelling data to engineering pipelines and producing Power BI reports. The role builds secure, scalable solutions on the organisation’s data platform, improves data quality and performance, and helps teams adopt self-service analytics across humanitarian operations.

• Clarify business requirements and identify data elements for the data platform
• Design dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Develop database schemas and optimise data-solution performance
• Build data products using SQL and PySpark
• Implement data-quality checks and security measures
• Document data engineering processes and data flows
• Provide technical guidance on Microsoft data technologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data engineering
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse and Power BI report development
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Good command of French, Spanish or Arabic
