Manager, Flight Ops Data Exchange Program (FOX)

Leads implementation and operationalisation of IATA’s Flight Operations Data Exchange programme, ensuring its technical design, data pipelines and quality standards meet business needs. The manager coordinates IT and operational stakeholders, guides the transition from project delivery to steady-state service, and maintains robust documentation for aviation data and analytics operations.

• Lead FOX programme implementation and milestone delivery
• Manage transition to steady-state operations
• Lead technical design and development
• Coordinate data ingestion and pipelines with IT
• Establish operational procedures and quality standards
• Maintain technical documentation

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business analytics, information systems or a comparable field
• At least five years of data integration and analytics experience
• Experience with XML, Snowflake and SQL data warehouse technology
• Fluent English
