Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage daily recruitment services and review vacancy advertisements for compliance
- Prepare technical tests and monitor application screening against criteria
- Prepare interviews and recruitment plans and complete interview reports
- Guide internal and external candidates on recruitment and employment processes
- Advise field human-resources management on recruitment issues and selection procedures
- Produce statistical reports on rosters, candidate profiles and recruitment activities
- Coordinate with missions, NGOs and national recruitment services
- Develop assessment tools with hiring offices
Role Requirements
- University degree in human resources management, public administration, business administration or a related field
- At least five years of progressively responsible human-resources management experience including two years in recruitment and succession planning at supervisory level
- English is required
- Arabic is required
Desired Criteria
- West Bank or Jerusalem residency and identification are desirable
