Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and implement the annual Quality Assurance Plan
- Conduct quality reviews spot checks compliance assessments process walkthroughs and control testing
- Identify control gaps inefficiencies emerging risks and corrective actions
- Lead HACT financial assurance activities
- Support audits donor verifications and assurance exercises
- Deliver trainings and support anti-fraud strategy and investigation response
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in business administration finance operations management accounting statistics financial management strategic management risk management audit investigation internal control or related field
- At least five years in risk and compliance operations management or directly relevant work
- Financial-management financial-control-systems ERM audits or internal-control experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
- Statistics data-analysis or accounting certification
- Country-level development fragile-setting or humanitarian-context experience
