Job Description

Strengthen the Global Shared Services Centre’s quality-assurance capability by conducting risk-based reviews and analysing control, process, data and service signals. The role distinguishes isolated issues from systemic risks, develops evidence-based assurance conclusions and practical recommendations, and supports governance, continuous improvement and sound management decision-making.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk-based assurance reviews
  • Analyse control, process, data and service signals
  • Identify patterns and distinguish isolated issues from systemic risks
  • Develop evidence-based assurance conclusions
  • Provide practical recommendations for management decision-making
  • Support governance, continuous improvement and capability building

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education
  • At least seven years of relevant experience in quality assurance, data analytics, audit or service delivery
  • Experience in assurance, compliance, controls, quality reviews or risk analysis
  • Strong data extraction, cleaning and reporting capability
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • EU nationality or a valid long-term Hungarian work permit not sponsored by an employer

Desired Criteria

  • Knowledge of Recruitment Administrative Services and Individual Consultant Services
  • Experience with enterprise systems and reporting
  • Experience in shared services or a development organisation
  • Experience in a large international organisation
  • Experience in fragile, humanitarian or country-level settings
