Summary of Responsibilities
- Collect tracing enquiries and follow up existing enquiries
- Keep families informed of developments in their cases
- Maintain documentation and data management for cases
- Conduct awareness sessions with families and authorities
- Assess family needs and identify referrals to ICRC departments
- Map and promote external services for families of missing persons
Role Requirements
- Ukrainian citizenship or a permanent residence permit in Ukraine
- University degree or relevant professional experience
- Typically 3 to 5 years of experience in social, political or economic sciences or similar
- Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
- Computer literacy
Desired Criteria
- Experience with ICRC or another humanitarian agency
