Implements ICRC Protection of Family Links activities in Kharkiv for families of missing and captured persons. The field officer receives and follows tracing enquiries, manages case documentation and family communication, conducts awareness sessions, analyses needs and referrals, maps external services, and maintains contact with family associations to support timely, respectful and humanitarian r

• Collect tracing enquiries and follow up existing enquiries
• Keep families informed of developments in their cases
• Maintain documentation and data management for cases
• Conduct awareness sessions with families and authorities
• Assess family needs and identify referrals to ICRC departments
• Map and promote external services for families of missing persons

• Ukrainian citizenship or a permanent residence permit in Ukraine
• University degree or relevant professional experience
• Typically 3 to 5 years of experience in social, political or economic sciences or similar
• Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Computer literacy

• Experience with ICRC or another humanitarian agency
