Summary of Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor MHPSS activities under institutional technical guidelines
- Organize beneficiary referrals and follow-up of cases
- Develop training materials and supervise partner staff and teams
- Conduct weekly clinical supervision for sensitive and high-risk cases
- Collect and report programme data and maintain links with beneficiaries
- Coordinate with ICRC departments and support logistical MHPSS processes
Role Requirements
- University degree in clinical psychology, psychiatry, medicine with a Master on mental health or psychotherapy, or psychiatric nursing
- Fluent command of English and the main local language
- Licence to practise in the candidate’s own country
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in MHPSS programmes
