Summary of Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor MHPSS activities under institutional technical guidelines
  • Organize beneficiary referrals and follow-up of cases
  • Develop training materials and supervise partner staff and teams
  • Conduct weekly clinical supervision for sensitive and high-risk cases
  • Collect and report programme data and maintain links with beneficiaries
  • Coordinate with ICRC departments and support logistical MHPSS processes

Role Requirements

  • University degree in clinical psychology, psychiatry, medicine with a Master on mental health or psychotherapy, or psychiatric nursing
  • Fluent command of English and the main local language
  • Licence to practise in the candidate’s own country
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in MHPSS programmes
