Job Description
Leads IOM Iraq’s prevention and response to sexual exploitation, abuse and sexual harassment through a victim-centred approach. The officer develops workplans, integrates PSEAH across programming, coordinates inter-agency mechanisms, manages risk and data, and builds staff and partner capacity. The role strengthens safe reporting channels, survivor referrals and accountable protection practice across the mission.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operational PSEAH workplan
- Integrate PSEAH into country strategy and programming
- Coordinate IOM and inter-agency PSEA mechanisms
- Analyse PSEAH data and report results
- Assess SEAH risks and implement mitigation measures
- Develop and deliver PSEAH training
- Strengthen safe reporting channels and survivor referrals
- Monitor survivor safety and response risks
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with five years of relevant professional experience, or university degree with seven years
- Fluency in English, oral and written
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish
