Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and budget monitoring of the KfW-funded MHPSS project
- Guide psychologists, social workers, educators and social-cohesion staff
- Develop capacity-building plans and train programme staff and implementing partners
- Liaise with provincial health authorities and other governmental and non-governmental counterparts
- Lead awareness campaigns on psychosocial support, social cohesion and peacebuilding
- Produce compliant financial, narrative and progress reports for IOM and the donor
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, psychiatry, social sciences, anthropology or a related field with five years of relevant experience
- University degree in those fields with seven years of relevant experience
- Experience in project development, management and reporting
- Experience assessing MHPSS needs in complex emergency and post-conflict contexts
- Experience coordinating community-based MHPSS through implementing partners
- Fluency in English and French
Desired Criteria
- Professional medical, psychological or counselling accreditation is an advantage
- Clinical supervision experience is an asset
