Project Management Officer

Coordinates technical support for WHO Pandemic Fund activities that strengthen One Health surveillance, preparedness and health-system resilience in North Macedonia. The assignment develops strategy and standard operating procedures, convenes national partners, leads outbreak-simulation planning, and maintains monitoring, technical reporting and knowledge-sharing so agreed outputs build.

• Coordinate development of the National One Health Surveillance Strategy and priority SOPs
• Facilitate the national multisectoral working group and partner engagement
• Coordinate planning and implementation of a Joint One Health Tabletop Exercise
• Maintain monitoring tools and prepare implementation reports
• Support policy and legislative review for health-system resilience

• University degree in law, health policy, public health or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of national experience in health systems or public health
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Macedonian

• Master’s degree
• Experience with WHO or another international organization
