Responsibilities
- Lead civil-works assessments, feasibility studies, designs, budgets and cost estimates
- Prepare drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and procurement documentation
- Evaluate construction bids and technical proposals
- Manage contractors and supervise delivery against scope, budget, schedule and quality standards
- Review variations, amendments, invoices and completion evidence
- Coordinate final inspections, acceptance, handover and defect-liability follow-up
- Lead field engineers and provide technical guidance and task oversight
- Maintain project records and provide donor reports, training and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with seven years of relevant experience
- National or international experience in building construction and civil-works project management
- Experience managing and leading engineering teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with computer-aided design software
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Urdu
