Job Description
UNDP seeks a national Project Associate to support project delivery in Kyiv. The role coordinates events, travel, procurement, recruitment support, work-plan monitoring and records management, reporting and partner communication. It requires secondary education and seven years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and four years, plus fluent English and Ukrainian.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project implementation against work plans and expected results
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, missions, travel and project logistics
- Process requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and payments in Quantum
- Support procurement plans, service requests and long-term-agreement processes
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, contact databases and filing systems
- Collect implementation data and prepare progress updates and knowledge products
Role Requirements
- Secondary education or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, human resources, social sciences or a related discipline
- Seven years of administration or project-management-assistance experience with secondary education or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Highly competent use of computers and office software packages
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
Desired Criteria
- Experience with UN, UNDP or international development organizations
- Experience organizing events
- Donor financial-reporting experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as Quantum
