Job Description
Provides project and administrative support to UNDP’s Ukrainian Public Building Energy Efficiency programme, helping municipalities improve resilient public infrastructure. The role coordinates implementation, monitoring, events, procurement, budgets and partner communication, while maintaining records and supporting knowledge sharing, capacity building and compliance with UNDP operational procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of selected project activities and components
- Support monitoring and evaluation, data collection and project-progress reporting
- Organise meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences and field visits
- Assist with budgets, invoices, procurement plans, tenders and vendor processes
- Maintain communication and contact records for project partners and beneficiaries
- Compile project knowledge products and support capacity-building activities
Role Requirements
- Secondary education
- At least six years of programme or project-support experience with secondary education
- Proficiency with computers and office software packages including MS Word and Excel
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Ukrainian for local personnel
Desired Criteria
- Experience with UN, UNDP, international or development organisations
- Experience organising online or offline events
- Experience with administrative tasks including travel, financial reporting and formal correspondence
- Experience facilitating procurement processes
- Experience with ERP systems such as Quantum
