Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and manage programme activities
- Manage programme funds
- Monitor and evaluate programme results
- Apply rights-based and results-based programme management
- Build national and local capacity
- Coordinate partnerships and collaboration
- Advance advocacy at national, community and family levels
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Social Science, International Development, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, Development Studies or a related field
- At least five years of relevant experience in emergency response, programme management, results-based management, monitoring and evaluation or related fields
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Desired Criteria
- Emergency response or fieldwork experience
- Donor relations or policy advocacy knowledge
- Capacity-building experience
- Knowledge of Kurdish
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile or humanitarian settings
