Job Description
Supports the Regional and Local Economic Development Programme’s compliant delivery of recovery and resilience initiatives in Ukraine. The role combines programme coordination with administration, finance, procurement, travel, fleet and asset support, maintaining accurate records and reporting so teams, consultants and partners can deliver local economic development activities effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Track programme actions and work-plan milestones and prepare background materials, briefings and correspondence
- Organize meetings, workshops, trainings, field visits and missions, including logistics and participant coordination
- Process travel requests and claims in Quantum and maintain supporting travel documentation
- Process invoices, e-requisitions and procurement requests and maintain financial and procurement records
- Monitor programme expenditures and support recruitment, contract-extension and personnel processes
- Coordinate vehicle schedules, documentation, insurance, registration and maintenance follow-up
- Maintain asset and inventory records and support verification, handover, transfer and return documentation
- Maintain programme files and translate programme documents between Ukrainian and English
Role Requirements
- Secondary education
- At least six years of practical progressively responsible experience in programme or project support, administrative support, operations or related fields with secondary education, or three years with a bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
Desired Criteria
- Experience providing programme, administrative or operational support in national or international organizations or development projects
- Experience organizing meetings, events, workshops, missions or field visits and processing official travel in an ERP or comparable system
- Experience supporting vehicle or fleet administration
- Experience maintaining asset, equipment or inventory records
