Job Description
Provides administrative, financial and logistical support for UNDP Tunisia’s governance portfolio, helping project teams deliver activities, procure services and monitor resources on schedule. The associate coordinates events, contracts, documentation, payments, budgets and work plans, uses Quantum and works with partners to maintain compliant, well-organized programme operations and reporting.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan and organize portfolio activities in line with annual work plans and budgets
- Provide administrative and logistical support to portfolio teams and coordinate meetings and site visits
- Track contractors’ performance and contractual deadlines and maintain portfolio documentation
- Prepare reports, correspondence, notes, terms of reference and project inputs in Quantum
- Support expert selection, recruitment processes and procurement documentation
- Process direct-payment requests and support financial-management procedures
- Track expenditures, prepare budget revisions and produce budget-status reports
- Organize administration training and contribute to knowledge networks
Role Requirements
- Secondary education
- At least seven years of relevant experience in administration, programme support or a related field with secondary education, or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience using computers, office software, data packages and web-based management systems such as ERP
- Fluency in Arabic and French
- Willingness to travel regularly to UNDP and partner project sites
Desired Criteria
- Previous experience in the United Nations system
- Experience implementing, coordinating or managing projects including administrative and financial management
- Knowledge of project-management IT tools
- Certification in IPSAS or procurement
- Knowledge of English
