Job Description
Leads complex supply-chain cases and client requests for UNICEF, independently managing end-to-end processes and contributing to improved supply services and delivery mechanisms. The role spans specialised procurement, in-country logistics, warehousing, government supply-chain strengthening, emergency readiness, data-led reporting and national capacity support.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan supply-chain activities
- Manage specialised procurement and contracting
- Coordinate in-country logistics
- Manage warehousing and inventory
- Strengthen national and government supply chains
- Maintain supply-chain information and reporting
- Support emergency preparedness and alternative delivery mechanisms
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in administration, supply management, logistics, procurement, warehousing, inventory, contract management or vendor management
- Proficiency in both English and Russian
Desired Criteria
- Supply-chain courses, procurement certification, emergency logistics or customs-clearance experience
- Professional or university courses related to the field
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
