• Update procurement plans and conduct supplier sourcing
• Maintain procurement files, audit trails, trackers and reports
• Organize RFQs, ITBs, RFPs and bid administration
• Coordinate evaluations and prepare award recommendations
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts and amendments
• Monitor contracts, deliveries and supplier performance

• Degree in social sciences, engineering, finance, economics, banking, logistics or a related field
• Experience in procurement and supply chain management, including planning, sourcing, contract management and logistics coordination
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English

• UN-system or international procurement experience
• International vendor sourcing and contract-negotiation expertise
• CIPS Level II or higher certification
