Job Description
Executes standardized procurement and contract-administration work for UNICEF Supply Division's Child Survival Centre Commercial Unit. The role manages requisitions, tenders, orders, supplier performance and shipment follow-up, combines market and inventory analysis with customer service, and helps secure timely, compliant delivery of essential supplies for country programmes and procurement-services partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review purchase requisitions, specifications, quantities, budgets and delivery requirements
- Prepare tenders, purchase orders, long-term agreements and direct-order arrangements
- Monitor supplier compliance, contract use, amendments and performance
- Track orders and deliveries and provide customers with shipment information
- Analyse supplier markets, pricing trends and sourcing options
- Maintain procurement databases, order files and management systems
- Support supply planning, forecasting and replenishment procurement
- Prepare procurement and supply-chain performance reports and dashboards
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least five years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience
- Fluency in English
- Applicants must be nationals of Denmark or another EU country or hold a valid work permit
