Summary of Responsibilities
- Review and map supply regulatory content into lifecycle clusters
- Register and track changes through controlled document-management tools
- Draft procedures, guidance and supporting tools within the approved architecture
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs, validation and review cycles
- Support project schedules, milestones and implementation controls
- Facilitate communication, training documentation and knowledge delivery
- Support integration of regulatory content into digital access platforms
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply, purchasing, business administration, law, supply chain management, procurement or a related field
- At least two years of relevant experience in supply management, contracting, logistics, procurement, policy or process support
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of another official UN language
- Recent UNICEF country-office procurement experience and knowledge of global supply procedures
- Experience in document review, analysis or project coordination
- Country-level experience in development, fragile or humanitarian settings
