Job Description

Leads coordination and communication for UNICEF's Staff Support Unit during organisation-wide transitions. Summary of Responsibilities

  • Monitor unit performance and maintain the case-management system
  • Establish workflows and communication mechanisms for staff-support services
  • Analyse service data and produce performance and predictive reports
  • Resolve sensitive staff-support cases through policy research and specialist coordination
  • Maintain the Staff Support Unit knowledge base and staff information architecture
  • Improve relocation-support processes and address systemic gaps
  • Coordinate learning, wellbeing and capacity-building sessions
  • Represent staff-support change management in relevant forums

Role Requirements

  • University degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or a related social science field
  • At least two years of professional People and Culture or human-resource management experience in an international organisation or large corporation
  • Proficient or fluent English

Desired Criteria

  • Familiarity with UN human-resource systems, policies and procedures
  • Experience in the UN system or UNICEF
  • Experience supporting teams through major organisational transformations
  • Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
