Job Description
Leads coordination and communication for UNICEF's Staff Support Unit during organisation-wide transitions. Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor unit performance and maintain the case-management system
- Establish workflows and communication mechanisms for staff-support services
- Analyse service data and produce performance and predictive reports
- Resolve sensitive staff-support cases through policy research and specialist coordination
- Maintain the Staff Support Unit knowledge base and staff information architecture
- Improve relocation-support processes and address systemic gaps
- Coordinate learning, wellbeing and capacity-building sessions
- Represent staff-support change management in relevant forums
Role Requirements
- University degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or a related social science field
- At least two years of professional People and Culture or human-resource management experience in an international organisation or large corporation
- Proficient or fluent English
Desired Criteria
- Familiarity with UN human-resource systems, policies and procedures
- Experience in the UN system or UNICEF
- Experience supporting teams through major organisational transformations
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
