Responsibilities
- Research policies and workforce data to support people-and-culture advice
- Provide timely guidance on processes, policies and equitable case solutions
- Track gender equity, cultural diversity and recurring workforce issues
- Support corporate people-and-culture strategy, systems and policy improvement
- Deliver recruitment, career, performance, learning or related client services
- Promote staff wellbeing, inclusion, psychological safety and change initiatives
- Design learning plans, competency maps, orientation and capacity-building activities
- Collect and analyse workforce data and improve information quality
- Coordinate people-and-culture information management with offices and partners
Requirements
- Human-resources or people-and-culture generalist experience
- Knowledge management, network support and information-sharing capability
- Ability to conceptualise, plan and execute ideas and transfer knowledge
