Responsibilities

  • Analyse learning needs and design online courses for UNICEF personnel
  • Develop course pages and content in the Agora learning management system
  • Integrate digital courses with UNICEF learning platforms
  • Support end users, subject-matter experts and course translation
  • Measure, evaluate and monitor learning initiatives and report results
  • Advise internal stakeholders on digital-learning solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, adult learning, learning technologies, online education or an accepted related field with relevant experience
  • At least five years of experience in instructional design, learning technologies and the full e-learning production cycle
  • Experience with e-learning authoring and video-production tools
  • Experience using learning management systems to deliver online learning
  • Experience with translation and accessibility tools for learning resources
  • Proficiency in English
