Responsibilities
- Analyse learning needs and design online courses for UNICEF personnel
- Develop course pages and content in the Agora learning management system
- Integrate digital courses with UNICEF learning platforms
- Support end users, subject-matter experts and course translation
- Measure, evaluate and monitor learning initiatives and report results
- Advise internal stakeholders on digital-learning solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, adult learning, learning technologies, online education or an accepted related field with relevant experience
- At least five years of experience in instructional design, learning technologies and the full e-learning production cycle
- Experience with e-learning authoring and video-production tools
- Experience using learning management systems to deliver online learning
- Experience with translation and accessibility tools for learning resources
- Proficiency in English
