Digital Learning Consultant

Designs and produces accessible online learning for UNICEF’s supply community, integrating courses into Agora and supporting users and subject-matter experts. The consultancy also evaluates learning initiatives, reports results and advises internal stakeholders on digital-learning solutions.

Department: Supply Community Talent Management Unit

• Analyse learning needs and design online courses for UNICEF personnel
• Develop course pages and content in the Agora learning management system
• Integrate digital courses with UNICEF learning platforms
• Support end users, subject-matter experts and course translation
• Measure, evaluate and monitor learning initiatives and report results
• Advise internal stakeholders on digital-learning solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, adult learning, learning technologies, online education or an accepted related field with relevant experience
• At least five years of experience in instructional design, learning technologies and the full e-learning production cycle
• Experience with e-learning authoring and video-production tools
• Experience using learning management systems to deliver online learning
• Experience with translation and accessibility tools for learning resources
• Proficiency in English

• Remote or home-based international consultancy for 12 months
