Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent-development projects from planning through evaluation
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications
- Help design learning programmes, development journeys and resources
- Research, curate and update learning content for employees and managers
- Develop digital learning modules, videos and interactive resources
- Coordinate providers, contracts, purchase orders and invoices
- Analyse participation data and feedback and recommend improvements
- Support workshops, onboarding events and other learning activities
Requirements
- Experience in learning, talent development, organisational development or instructional design
- Strong project management and programme coordination skills
- Experience designing and curating learning content
- Experience coordinating providers and related commercial processes
- English proficiency at C2 level
- French proficiency at B2 level
