Job Description
Delivers administrative, procedural and operational support for UNICEF People and Culture services across the employee lifecycle. The Assistant supports business partnering, recruitment, onboarding, staff entitlements, benefits, job classification and learning activities, while maintaining accurate service delivery under UNICEF human-resources rules, regulations and office priorities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide business-partnering support for People and Culture services
- Process entitlements and benefits for local staff
- Support recruitment and placement activities
- Assist organisation design and job-classification work
- Support learning and capacity-development activities
- Provide general office support while complying with UNICEF HR rules and regulations
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible human-resources experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, staff entitlements and benefits
- Fluency in English
- EU citizenship or a valid Italian work permit
