Job Description
Leads UNICEF operational functions for the Ebola response across Isiro and Butembo, ensuring agile, risk-informed systems for supplies, personnel deployment and programme continuity. The specialist advises the Ebola Coordination team on governance, resource optimisation and operational risk while strengthening financial management, internal controls, partnerships and emergency-response procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities

Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business management, financial management, accounting or public finance, or a recognised professional accounting designation
- At least five years of professional experience at national or international level
- Fluency in French and intermediate English
